It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. MayWe were all made from the same factory with different materials -- how does your heart beat, and how does your stomach sink? The acknowledgement of anxiety's uniqueness to every individual is universal, and this documentary opens the lid to a jar full of feelings and experiences. Through phone and live conversations with three different individuals of different ages and lives lived, anxiety and emotions are explored with a parallel to ocean waves.
